**Where We Ship**
We currently ship within the United States.

**Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

**Delivery Time**
Standard delivery typically takes 8–10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays.

**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $70 ship free.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

**Lost or Delayed Packages**
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at supportnuvio9@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.

**Incorrect Shipping Address**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but reach out and we'll do our best to help.
